Dr. Hamed Bin Ali Al-Maghribi Holds A Doctorate In Advanced Legal Studies. He Served As Chairman Of The Disciplinary Committee For The King Salman Club Cup Championship (2023). He Was Chairman Of The Dispute Resolution Committee Of The Tunisian Football Federation For Eight Consecutive Years, And Served As A Member Of Its Executive Committee. He Has Represented Players In Cases Before The National Anti-Doping Agency. He Previously Served As Chairman Of The Disciplinary Committee Of The Arab Football Union (UAFA), Chairman Of The Disciplinary Committee Of The Union Of North African Football (UNAF), And A Member Of The Legal Affairs And National Associations Committee Of The Confederation Of African Football (CAF). He Also Served As An Executive Member Of The National Professional Football League In Matters Relating To Sports Disputes And Disciplinary Sanctions (2006–2011).
