Ahmed Bin Issa Abu Amarah Holds A Master’s Degree In Law From Methodist University, USA, And A Specialized Diploma In Sports Organizations Management From The International Olympic Academy. He Is An Accredited Arbitrator At The Court Of Arbitration For Sport (CAS) And An Accredited Arbitrator With The National Sports Arbitration Tribunal Of The State Of Kuwait (NSAT). He Has Participated In The Drafting And Review Of Numerous Sports Legislations, Decisions, And Regulations, And Has Represented Parties In Many Local And International Cases Related To Sports. He Previously Served As Director General Of The General Department Of Legal Affairs At The Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee, Chairman Of The Disciplinary Committee Of The Saudi Arabian Shooting Federation, Chairman Of The Appeals Committee Of The Saudi Arabian Cycling Federation, Chairman Of The Appeals And Grievances Committee For Sports Federation Elections, Legal Advisor To The Saudi Arabian Football Federation, And A Former Member Of The Union Of Arab Olympic Committees.
