Dr. Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Bouzbar Holds A PhD In Law From The University Of Poitiers, France, And Has Over 25 Years Of Experience. He Is An Accredited Arbitrator And Mediator At The Court Of Arbitration For Sport (CAS). He Previously Served As A Board Member Of The National Sports Arbitration Authority (NSAT). He Is Also Chair Of The Elections Committee Of The Olympic Council Of Asia For The 2025–2028 Term. He Speaks Arabic, English, And French
