Dr. Mahmoud Mohamed Al-Hammami Holds A PhD In Law From France (University Of Montpellier). He Serves As Secretary General Of The Tunisian National Olympic Committee And Secretary General Of The Union Of North African Football (UNAF). He Is An Arbitrator Accredited By The Court Of Arbitration For Sport (CAS) (“TAS”). He Previously Served As A Member Of The FIFA Disciplinary Committee (2015–2018), Chairman Of The Disciplinary Committee Of The Arab Football Union (2018–2020), And Chairman Of The CAF Audit Committee (2017–2019).
