Jeffrey G Benz Holds A Master Of Laws (LL.M.) From The University Of Texas School Of Law. He Has Specialized In Sports Law For Over 20 Years And Is A CAS-accredited Arbitrator And Mediator. He Has Served As An Arbitrator/adviser At Major Sporting Events, Including The FIFA World Cup, The Olympic Games, And The Asian Beach Games And Asian Indoor And Martial Arts Games. He Previously Served As General Counsel And Managing Director For Legal Affairs And Governance, And Chief Ethics Officer At The United States Olympic Committee, Where He Oversaw Cases Before The Court Of Arbitration For Sport. He Was Also Responsible For Establishing The United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA).
