Dr. Abdullah Bin Musfir Al-Hayyan Holds A PhD In Corporate Law From The University Of Wales, United Kingdom. He Is A Specialist With Over 12 Years Of Experience In Sports Law And Currently Serves As A Board Member Of The International Council Of Arbitration For Sport (ICAS). He Is Chair Of The Legal Committee Of World Aquatics, Chair Of The Legal Committee Of The Gulf Cup Football Federation, And A Member Of The Legal Working Group Of The Association Of National Olympic Committees (ANOC). He Previously Served As Chair Of The Legal Committee Of The International Swimming Federation (FINA). He Speaks Arabic And English
