Approving The Rules Of The Jury Specialized In Financial Control Disputes In The Saudi Professional League Association

The Board of Directors of the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center issued several decisions represented in the establishment of the competent jury to consider the appeal requests on the decisions issued by the Financial Supervision Committee (Elementary Committee) in the Saudi Professional League Association, the adoption of the rules of the procedural chamber and their publication on the official website of the center, and the appointment of a president.

These decisions come in continuation of the previously announced signing a cooperation agreement between the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center and the Saudi Professional League, which aimed to set a joint institutional framework that enables the center to separate financial control disputes according to the financial regulations of the Spl Clubs (Spl).

The establishment of the competent chamber and the adoption of its procedural rules represents an advanced step within a comprehensive development system led by the center in cooperation with the sports authorities, in an effort to enhance the procedural path to settle disputes in the sports sector.
