The Saudi Sports Center Signs A Memorandum Of Understanding With The Southern Sports Direction
The Saudi Center for Sports Arbitration signed a memorandum of understanding with the Gulf Sports Arbitration Authority, within the framework of strengthening joint cooperation and exchanging experiences in the field of arbitration and sports dispute resolution
The agreement was signed by Dr. Mohammed bin Nasser Bassem, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Center for Sports Arbitration, and Mr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Anzi, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Gulf Sports Arbitration Authority.
The memorandum aims to establish a general framework for technical, legal, and training cooperation between the two parties in the field of sports dispute resolution. This includes the exchange of expertise, capacity building, and the development of specialized competencies, contributing to the advancement of the sports arbitration system and the improvement of sports dispute resolution practices according to the highest professional standards.
Both sides affirmed that this memorandum represents a significant step towards unifying Gulf efforts in the field of sports arbitration, enhancing institutional integration, and exchanging successful experiences and best practices.
